Treatment Philosophy::
Life can be painful as it is currently being lived and I strive to help clients balance acceptance and change as they discover their Life Worth Living.
My approach is shaped by my deep understanding of early relational trauma, identity development, and the reciprocal impacts of systems from the micro to the macro level. I enjoy working with adolescents and their families, and adults of all ages. Whether you are ready to dive in or are unsure where to start in your healing, I am here to walk beside you.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
