Qualifications and Experience:
Treatment Philosophy: Life can be painful as it is currently being lived and I strive to help clients balance acceptance and change as they discover their Life Worth Living. My goal is to meet client’s where they are while acknowledging how big T and small T traumas impact our development, experiences, and views of ourselves and the world. I passionately work with clients to create a safe space to help them integrate new coping skills and empower them to make their goals a reality. |
